The manufacturing process begins with the raw material (steel) imported from Europe and it continues with the specialized machines and the skillful hands. The process includes the three following steps:

Steel section:

Wire bundles are imported in 2.2 mm diameter and then processed into the advanced machines to end up in its spiral and heat processed form. Afterwards, the assembly process begins to put the spring in a 4mm steel frame using advanced tools. This process passes through several control phases which end up with combining the frame or the main body of the mattress and preparing it to be sent to the upholstery section.

Upholstery section:

In this section, some of the phases are fully automated while others need human interference. The process starts by adding an isolating layer made of felt, fiber and different types of foam. The outside layers are made of high quality cotton fabric quilted with Dacron, foam and insolating cover.

Linens section:

Pillows and toppers:

In this section the high quality cotton fabric quilted with high quality industrial Dacron is processed in machines with some human interference to manufacture the toppers. Also, circular Dacron with high specifications is mainly used in the production of pillows. The memory foam is used in the production of the contour pillow which is produced under high supervision in accordance with European specifications.
